The largest project I worked on for Homes England focused on monitoring housing development and infrastructure projects that are funded through the Housing Infrastructure Fund and related schemes.

Full service User Centenered design for a public sector project

I led on the design of a new Legal Practice Management System in a software vendor procurement based Alpha. I designed and tested interfaces with litigation and advisory lawyers, business support and finance teams. Evaluated third-party vendor solutions through research-informed prototyping, ensuring inclusion of users with accessibility needs. On this project I was responsible for interaction design, service design, research and digital accessibility.
